We cover financial, digital, marketing, administrative and various other business functions. We currently have around 200 employees and we are a great mix of people with diverse areas of expertise, nationalities and backgrounds. Our Finance teams play a fundamental role in Finnair by carrying the responsibility over the totality of financial accounting of the group.

From customer claims handling and reservations support to analytics, the Business teams work to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Marketing and sales

The cross-functional teams in Marketing and Sales create direct digital relationships with our customers by being there at every stage of their journey.

Digital

Our Digital Services teams are responsible for the functionality and security of IT infrastructure, business applications and data platforms as well as end-user devices.

Other

There are many other teams with diverse expertise in areas such as HR, procurement, master data, engineering, fraud prevention, and more, working in collaboration with the whole Finnair Group.
